Hot Foil Stamping Machine
The MK Tripress 92FFCSB hot foil stamping machine features three main stations, all capable of high-precision hot foil stamping. The third station can be seamlessly switched to die-cutting mode, supporting stripping and blanking operations. This allows for an integrated production workflow combining foil stamping with die-cutting and blanking. This hot foil stamper machine enables rapid switching between die-cutting/blanking and fill-sheet delivery without the need for additional accessories, significantly enhancing operational convenience and workflow flexibility.
With a maximum speed of 6000 sheets/hour, this hot foil stamper delivers triple the efficiency of traditional single-unit foil stamping machine. Equipped with a newly designed servo-driven adjustment system for the honeycomb and base plates, setup time is efficiently reduced via the HMI. Furthermore, the external longitudinal vacuum foil feeding and motorized foil pull system realize non-stop foil replacement, enhancing continuous productivity.
