Easymatrix 106FC
Automatic Hot Foil Stamping Machine
Easymatrix 106FC series is used for post-press jobs that combine die cutting and hot foil stamping. Besides the die-cutting section, it includes a hot foil unit that can run with three to six longitudinal foil feeding shafts and up to two transverse foil feeding shafts, depending on the job configuration. Since the foil unit supports both longitudinal and transverse feeding, operators can set up different foil layouts more easily. Operators can also adjust foil movement, temperature, and related parameters through the foil stamping control system.

- The suction head feeds paper, cardboard, and corrugated board steadily into the line.
- Quick positioning on the suction head reduces the time needed for feeder adjustment.
- The pile platform uses motorized side alignment to keep the sheet stack in the proper feeding position.
- Mechanical double-sheet detection helps prevent two sheets from entering at the same time.

- The registration system aligns each sheet before it enters the die-cutting station.
- Side lays with pull/push function are available on both the operator side and drive side for flexible sheet positioning.
- Brushes and rollers are adjusted together from one central point, which saves time during feeder table setup and keeps the settings more even.
- Four front lays with active optical monitoring check the sheet position before it moves into the die-cutting station.
- Ultrasonic double-sheet detection adds another check before the sheet moves into the die-cutting station.

- The registration system keeps each sheet in position for accurate die cutting and hot foil stamping.
- Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted by motor according to the material and job requirements.
- The cutting plate can be fine-tuned for more accurate positioning during setup.
- An air cushion makes the cutting plate easier to move when operators need to handle or adjust it.
- An optional chase changer can be added to shorten tool preparation time between jobs.

- Three longitudinal foil feeding shafts are used for standard foil stamping layouts.
- An optional hologram device is available for jobs that require holographic foil effects.
- The hot-foil unit has 20 heating zones, so temperature can be set according to the foil, material, and design.
- Telescopic longitudinal foil feeding bars make foil threading and adjustment easier from the operator side.
- The motorized brush system collects waste foil after stamping and keeps the foil area cleaner during operation.
- An optional rewinder can be added for foil waste collection.

- The non-stop delivery belt carries finished sheets out while production continues.
- Pneumatic flaps allow operators to remove test sheets for quality checks without stopping production.
- The brake brush has mechanical force adjustment to control sheet delivery at the end of the line.

- Foil advance is calculated according to the stamping layout, so each stamped area receives foil in the correct position.
- Temperature and die-cutting pressure can be adjusted through the control system.
- Hologram application can be controlled when the optional hologram device is used.
- Foil stamping settings can be saved and reused for repeat orders, reducing the need to enter the same parameters again.
- Foil feeding can be simulated before production to check the setup and reduce unnecessary foil waste.
