With extensive industry experience and continuous investment in research and development, MK Masterwork remains focused on advancing post-press and packaging converting technologies for global packaging manufacturers.
Each year, approximately 7% of annual sales revenue is invested into R&D to support product innovation, intelligent manufacturing development, and technology upgrades. Through the integration of Heidelberg’s post-press R&D resources and long-term international technical cooperation, we continue to strengthen our capabilities in automation, precision control, and intelligent production systems. We hold hundreds of patents and have established joint development collaboration between domestic and overseas technical teams to accelerate innovation and product improvement. To further strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, we also jointly established the MK Research Institute with Tianjin University, supporting the development of customized equipment solutions with reliable quality and differentiated performance.
Today, MK Masterwork continues to expand its technological capabilities through multiple domestic and international projects, maintaining strong competitiveness in the global packaging and post-press equipment industry.
Intelligent Manufacturing
Smart producing
MK Masterwork has established an intelligent information management platform built around ERP, MES, and other digital management systems to support efficient and stable manufacturing operations. Real-time production data can be collected, monitored, recorded, and analyzed throughout the manufacturing process, helping improve production coordination, workflow management, and operational efficiency.
One of the Asia’s largest intelligent manufacturing bases
We operate one of Asia’s largest intelligent manufacturing bases for post-press and packaging equipment production. The 60,000-square-meter manufacturing facility integrates assembly workshops, machining workshops, testing centers, warehouses, commissioning centers, and inspection centers to support highly coordinated and efficient production management.
With advanced manufacturing systems and strict quality control processes, the facility achieves high production consistency and supports the annual production of more than 800 standard equipment sets, with an annual output value exceeding RMB 1 billion.
Globalized manufacturing cooperation
MK Masterwork further expanded its international manufacturing capability through the establishment of its overseas production base following the acquisition of the Slovakia plant in 2016. This enables coordinated manufacturing cooperation between domestic and overseas production facilities, strengthening production flexibility and international supply capability.
Integrated supply chain capability
We maintain strong vertical integration capability through coordinated upstream supply chain management and in-house manufacturing of key components. Important parts including cast components, sheet metal parts, and precision components are largely self-manufactured and internally controlled to ensure better quality consistency, equipment stability, and more efficient production control.Technology Evolution
