Multimatrix 60FC
Automatic Foil Stamping Machine
Multimatrix 60FC hot foil stamping and die cutting machines are compact post-press units for small-format work that requires accurate cutting and decorative finishing. Instead of using a larger finishing line for smaller jobs, print shops can use these compact finishing machines for presentation folders, shaped promotional pieces, folding cartons, labels, and other paperboard products that need die cutting, foil stamping, or embossing. Our Multimatrix 60FC hot foil stamping and die-cutting machines can process sheets up to 450 × 600 mm and reach up to 5500 sheets per hour, which is suitable for short and medium runs where jobs change often.

- Sheets are fed by a servo-driven feeder, which gives better control at the start of the process.
- The paper stack rises automatically during feeding, so the suction head can pick up sheets more consistently.
- Stream feeding moves the sheets forward in a continuous, slightly overlapping flow, so the line does not need to wait for each sheet to enter separately.
- The height of the feeder head and side position can be adjusted manually according to sheet size and material.
- Three anti-collision devices protect the feeding area during operation.
- Manual side blowing and side baffles help guide sheets before they enter the vacuum feeding table.
- The paper feeding frame can be lifted manually for setup and adjustment.
- Equipped with ultrasonic double-sheet detection to check the sheet flow before it enters the next section.
- Imported feeding belts and MasterSet improve sheet transport and alignment accuracy.

- The main drive and gripper bar use servo control to give better timing during die cutting and foil stamping.
- Cutting pressure is adjusted automatically by servo motor according to the job requirements.
- The adjustable cutting plate is fitted with a 2 + 2 mm steel plate for die-cutting setup.
- MC control and electronic cam control the die-cutting timing sequence during each cycle.
- The die-cutting chase overturn device gives operators easier access during tool change.
- A bidirectional pneumatic locking device secures the die-cutting chase during operation.
- The adjustable cutting plate also uses pneumatic locking for easier setup and plate handling.
- Quick-change honeycomb plate and quick-lock die-cutting chase reduce waiting time when switching between foil stamping and die cutting.

- Two foil shafts work with a servo-controlled winding and unwinding system to keep foil movement steady during stamping.
- After stamping, the blowing separation device helps the sheets separate more cleanly before delivery.
- The foil detection system monitors foil feeding during operation and alerts operators when feeding is abnormal.
- Operators can adjust the foil waste collection damper by motor for better control of waste foil removal.
- The foil pressing rubber roller lifts pneumatically, which makes foil setup, pressing, and release easier to handle.

- Bidirectional pneumatic sheet alignment keeps delivered sheets better arranged at the output end.
- The delivery stack lowers automatically as sheets are collected.
- An optional counting sheet inserter separates finished batches, so stacks are easier to count and handle.

- Equipped with 10.4-inch imported true-color HMI to give operators a clear screen for settings and status checks.
- The operation panel keeps the main controls within easy reach during production.
- The main motion control drives and electrical components are sourced from well-known European brands.
- Meets GS safety standards and includes modules to monitor electrical circuits and protect operators during production.
- Double-circuit multi-touch redundancy adds another layer of operation safety.
- Temperature control includes redundancy protection to prevent overheating during foil stamping.

- Heating tubes go directly into the honeycomb plate, reducing heating time to about 15–20 minutes and lowering energy loss.
- Designed with a thermal insulation layer above the heating tubes to keep the upper platform at normal temperature after long foil stamping runs.
- Operators can replace the die-cutting chase without waiting for the whole section to cool down, which saves time when switching to die cutting.
- Under normal-temperature die-cutting pressure, the plate change variation stays within ±0.03 mm.
- The four temperature zones can be adjusted from 40°C to 180°C.

- Remote service connection uses web-based security protocols to protect user data.
- Technicians can check the foil stamping machine status remotely while Multimatrix 60FC is running at the customer’s site.
- Remote monitoring also makes maintenance reminders and service checks easier to arrange.
- When a problem occurs, remote diagnosis helps technicians find the cause faster and reduce troubleshooting time.
