Die Cutting Machine
Die cutting machines are used in post-press packaging production to cut printed paperboard or corrugated sheets into the required box shapes, labels, inserts, and other finished packaging parts. Each cardboard sheet enters the die cutting area and is pressed against a prepared die. The pressure cuts the sheet into the required shape and can also create crease lines, windows, or other cut-out details. Depending on the configuration, die cutting machines can also include stripping and blanking functions to remove waste and separate finished blanks for easier collection.
